Program Progression
At Ready for Life, young people aging out of foster care participate in comprehensive, solution-based programs. Finding immediate crisis aid; physical, dental and mental wellness support; a plan for housing, education, and employment; receives a lifeline through a mentor; and builds on-going network resources preparing former foster care youth to be Ready for Life.
